Services were held Saturday, May 26, 2007 at Halls Church of Christ with burial in Antioch Cemetery. Halls Funeral Home had charge. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Mr. Alley, widower of Zera Mai Hastings Alley, leaves four daughters, Lydia Thurmond of Halls, Val Crook of Memphis, and Brenda Belton of Halls; a son, Frank Alley of Ripley; two sisters, Helen Holifield of Blytheville, Ark., and Inez Green of Chicago, Ill.; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, Memorials may be sent to Halls Church of Christ.
