Patricia A. "Pat" O'Neal, age 56, died Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, Misouri.
Pat was born April 3, 1954 in Portland, Missouri, the daughter of the late Carl Rehma and Lula Bell (Rehma) Brownley. On June 5, 1976 she married Morris Dean "Slim" O'Neal. He preceeded her in death on May 10, 2010.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 14, at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. Burial will follow at Callaway Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from noon until time of service on Wednesday.
Pat is survived by two sisters, Barbara Wilson and Zula Tate, both of Fulton, Missouri; two brothers, Nick Miller of St. Louis, Missouri and Ron Wilson of Fulton, Missouri.
She was preceeded in death by her parents, husband of thirty-four years, Morris and one brother.
