Rites in memory of Mrs. Lela Etta SEAGO, a longtime resident of this area, were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, in the First Methodist Church.
Officiating were Rev. S. Duane Bruce, Rev. E. F. Jones and Rev. W. C. Bryan. Boxwell Brothers directed interment in Ochiltree Cemetery.
Pallbearers for Mrs. SEAGO were Imel SEAGO, Gale ROGERS, Russell REVIS, Paul KEIFFER, O'Dell WATSON and Reuben BRYAN.
Eighty-two years of age, Mrs. SEAGO was born February 21, 1880 in Blanco, Texas. She passed away at 4:00 p.m. Monday in Perryton Hospital, where she had been a patient for three weeks. Her home address in Perryton was at 614 South Amherst.
Included among Mrs. SEAGO's survivors are her husband, W. L. SEAGO of Perryton; one daughter, Mrs. Lois MADDUX of Cheyenne, Oklahoma; one son, Bluford SEAGO of Perryton; one sister, Mrs. Edgar BRYAN of Gray; four brothers, Guy WATSON of Leedey, Oklahoma, Jeff WATSON of Darrouzett, Clarence WATSON of Clinton, Oklahoma, and Elmo WATSON of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico; six grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.
