The stone seems to show an age of 3/7/12 as far as I can tell, but unfortunately the numbers of the dates are difficult to make out and therefore to confirm. Most sources give a birth date of Dec 15th and death date of Aug 11th which would not match the proposed age. Looking for a primary source or a clearer photo.
