According to numerous sources (including Great Migration: Immigrants to New England, 1634-1635 for Thomas Holbrook pgs 350-355) Mary married John Holbrook as his third wife, [but is specifically noted as the daughter of RICHARD] about 1689 in Weymouth and is mentioned in his will dated 12 Jul 1699.
There is also one record for a "Mary Holbrook" dying in Weymouth, unfortunately is does not give a date or connect her to John. That said, I think the Mary Holbrook who died in Scituate is the wife of Samuel Holbrook, there are several records to support that connection.
