Mr. Denny died Friday, January 31, 1992, in Lake Wales after an extended illness.
His family will receive friends from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday at Marion Nelson Funeral Home. His remains will be returned to Cookeville for burial in Crest Lawn Cemetery.
Born in Baxter, he was the son of Bertha Denny of Baxter and the late Bruce Denny of Baxter.
