Uncle Keeter was a joy to be around. Always kind to everyone. He served our country during World War II where he met "Gone With The Wind" Melanie - Olivia DeHavilland. I have a newspaper clipping picture of Miss DeHavilland & Uncle Keeter together. As soon as I can locate it I will place it here with his other pictures. Uncle Keeter is solely responsible for my love of reading. He started buying me comic books when I was very young, which began my love of reading.
He was a good brother & an Uncle I will never forget.
He always had time for me & made sure he made me laugh every time I saw him.
He also gave me my first dog, Josephine.
He worked at a lumber mill & took care of a kennel of hunting dogs. I remember helping him feed those dogs & riding in his side step Chevy truck. I always felt loved & safe with my Uncle Keeter.
God rest your soul, I will always love you dearly.

~~Thank you for flowers or tokens you leave, God Bless~~
