Mrs. Harvey Jones
Funeral services for Mrs. Harvey Jones, 83, were held Thursday at Nelson Chapel with the Rev. William T. Miller officiating.
Interment was in Evergreen cemetery. (Burial was April 25, 1968.)
Mrs. Jones died Monday at a local hospital after a short illness. She had been a Red Oak resident since 1912. She was born May 4, 1884 in Pottawattamie county and was married to Charles Kirkendall in 1913. He died in 1942.
In 1951 she married Harvey Jones. She was a member of the First Methodist Church.
Survivors include: husband, Harvey; two brothers, Sidney Pierson of Lewis and Robert Pierson of Omaha, Neb.; and one sister, Mrs. Josephine Garrison of Omaha.
