Anna was a devoted member of the Blacksburg Presbyterian Church. Dr. Anderson was involved in the field of education for over 40 years. She began her teaching career in the Michigan School for the Blind and climaxed her career at Radford University in 1981. She also served as a Captain in the Red Cross during World War II.
She is survived by two brothers, Wilbert Carl Anderson of Seattle, Wash. and Harry Earl Anderson of Plymouth, Ind.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
