She was born July 5, 1896, in Yellow Medicine County, Minn., a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lade. She was married to Paul Genz on June 29, 1915, and he preceded her in death on Dec. 31, 1989.
Mrs. Genz is survived by one son, Melvin of Minot; one daughter, Mrs. Eleanor Kluver of Burlington, N.D.’ three grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Charlie Genz of Stewart, Minn. Miss Minnie Lade and Mrs. Lydia Schimmelpfennig, both of Minot, and Mrs. Rudolph Grimm of Velva, N. D.; and five brothers, Emil and Ted Lade, both of Minot, Rienie Lade of Seattle, Wash., Art and August Lade, both of Stewart, N.D.
