Services for Mrs. E.R. Stevens of Odessa were held at Oak Street Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Johnny Barrett, the pastor of Loving Baptist Chruch and Rev. Jimmy R. McLeod, pastor of Oak Street Baptist Church. Mrs. Stevens was a member of the Belmont Baptist Chuch at Odessa, Texas.


Survived by three daughters - Mrs. Emma Lee Barrett, Mrs. Julia Nell Dooley, Mrs. Jo Ann Porter; two sons - J.C. Stevens and Pal Stevens; four sisters - Mrs. Nell Lipham, Mrs. D.C. Burden,. Mrs. Annabell Johnston, Mrs. Estil Johnson; three brothers - Cecil Roeder, George W. Roeder, Rev. Roy Roeder; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.


One son, William Lonnie Stevens preceded her in death.
