Raymond George Frank, 81, of Epworth Manor, Tyrone, formerly of Hudson Avenue, died at 12:01 a.m. today Sept. 11, 1984, in the manor, after an extended illness. Mr. Frank retired a foreman from the City of Altoona Park and Public Property Department in 1986, after 49 years service. He was born April 19, 1903, in Hollidaysburg, the son of George Joseph and Cathryn Rose (Blendl) Frank, and married Ida Mae Stern, who died March 10, 1978. Surviving are four sons: Raymond J., Clement J., and Herman S. of Altoona and Harold G. of Joppatown, Md.; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mr. Frank was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and Unter Uns. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Jones Funeral Home. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery.
