Iva White
Iva Esther White, 90, of Owensville, died Monday, July 5, 2010 at Frene Valley Healthcare South in Owensville.
Iva was born in High Gate Dec. 2, 1919, a daughter of the late Levi and Ida (Geisler)Beasley. She was first married to Clarence Nowack who preceded her in death; she then married Kenneth White on June 15, 1983 in Linn who also preceded her in death. She was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church in Owensville.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Ronald Beasley; a granddaughter, Debra Carwile; sisters, Stella, Zelma, Zella, Cora and Myrtle; and a brother, Raymond.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Zelda Beasley of Owensville; two grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and four great- great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 8 at 11 a.m. at Gottenstroeter Funeral Home in Owensville with Rev. Ken Patterson officiating. Burial will be in Countryside Memorial Gardens.
Visitation for the public will begin at 8:30 a.m. Thursday morning.
