Kevin Joseph Carr, 38, of Rustburg, passed away Thursday, July 8, 2010, in Lynchburg.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Ferrell Carr.
He is survived by one son, Kevin Joseph Carr Jr.; his mother, Linda Carr, of Nathalie; two brothers, Anthony Ferrell Carr, of Gladys, and Timothy James Carr, of Nathalie; aunts, Edna Epperson, of Brookneal, Shirley Almond (Tony), of Lynchburg, and Dorothy Schade (Bill), of California; four uncles, W. T. Carr (Dorothy), of Brookneal, Jack Carr (Sandra), of Rustburg, Riley Carr (Jean), of Richmond, and Bobby Carr; one nephew, Brandon Gavriel Carr, of Nathalie; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, July 12, 2010, at the chapel of Jeffress Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Brookneal with interment in the Clover Bottom Baptist Church Cemetery in Nathalie. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday evening, July 11, 2010, at the chapel of Jeffress Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
