Bueteen Leonard (Buet) Ogden was born to George Washington Ogden and Mary Elizabeth Dawes Ogden on March 17, 1921 at Sallisaw, OK. He passed this life on July 11, 2010 at Muskogee, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents, seven brothers: Ernie, Lester, Vern, Floyd, Hubert, Bert, and Dallas; six sisters: Nora, Nell, Burley, Vienne, Myrtle and Euna; his beloved baby girl Sandy; one daughter-in-law, Carolyn; two granddaughters, Amy and Stephanie and one great granddaughter, Maddyson. He moved from Sallisaw in the late 1930's to the Wainwright area where he spent the remainder of his life. He was a farmer, rancher and heavy equipment operator. He attended First Assembly of God Church in Wainwright and was so very proud of his family. There will be a family viewing at Foster-Petering Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday. Friends are invited to stop by and share time with the family. The Reverends Clarence Guthrie and Leo Guthrie will officiate services at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at First Assembly of God Church in Muskogee with burial at Middleton Chapel Cemetery. Funeral service arrangements are under the direction of Foster-Petering Funeral Home.
