MRS. FRANCES DARBY RUGH, 68. Norfolk. Va., died Saturday. Aug. 26. 1972, at the DePaul Hospital, Norfolk. Born March 12, 1904, in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of Thomas and Clara Stiltz Darby.

Surviving are her husband. John T. Rugh: a daughter, Mrs. J. T. (Edythe) Jenkins, Portsmouth, N. H.: three grandchildren. Mrs. Donald Darby Levy, Misses Cynthia and Frances Jenkins, a great-grandson. Jacob Levy, all of Portsmouth, N.H.: three sisters: Mrs. Ernest (Elizabeth) Kees. Mrs. Glenn (Ruth) Sheer, both of Pittsburgh: Mrs. Edward (Mary Margaret) Voigt, New Orleans. La.

Services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home. Tidewater Drive. Norfolk. Va.. Thursday at 10 a.m. The family will receive friends Friday from 7-9 p.m. at Robinson-Lytle's. Indiana. Graveside services will be held Saturday at an hour to be announced tomorrow. Interment will be in the Brush Valley United Presbyterian Cemetery, with the Rev. H. Glenn Stephens officiating.
