Mr. Byron Franklin Mann, 78, passed away Sept. 4, 2007, at St. Anthony's Medical Center, St. Louis County, MO. Byron was born on July 1, 1929, in Ironton, MO., & was the son of Elmer Franklin Mann and Tressie Pearl 'Bennett' Mann. Also preceding were: 1 Brother, Donald M. Mann; 1 Niece: Mary Jean Alcorn and 1 Nephew: Alan Mann.
Byron was: a US ARMY Veteran of The Korean War; a member of the VFW; the Yomo Shriners; Masonic Lodge & Scottish Rite. Byron was a retired Yellow Freight Systems Truck Driver. Byron was married to Alberta M. 'Lee' Mann on Jan. 8, 1966.
Survivors Include: his wife, Alberta M. 'Lee' Mann, of Farmington. 1 Sister: Imogene Smith, of Mehlville, MO; 2 Sister-In-Laws: Frieda Mann, of Annapolis & Dottie Renisch, of Jefferson City, MO. 2 Nieces: Donna 'Mrs. Frank' Ferrara & Sharon Walls. 3 Nephews: Joe (& Ginger) Mann; Jacob Hoerner & James Lee Hoerner. Also surviving are several Great-Nieces & Great-Nephews.
Visitation : Thursday, 5-8 p.m. Visitation resumes Friday at 7:00 a.m.
Funeral : Friday, 10:00 a.m., Sept. 7, 2007
