William, Son of John Frogg,Sr. and Elizabeth Strother, married Mary Mitchell, daughter of Cornelious and Mary Mitchell, 1770, Culpepper Co.,VA. To this marriage were born: John, Elizabeth, Mary, Arthur Robinson, Strother, Margaret, William,Jr., Jane and Ruby.

William was given a land grant for his service in the Revolutionary War. July 13, 1780. 450 acres in Greenbrier County, Virginia. (Now West Virginia) The Daughter of the American Revolution, Patriot # A042808 for Willliam Frogg,Sr.
