MARCY A. PENCE

Formerly widow of NATHANIEL LYON and late widow of JOSEPH PENCE, both deceased.
1. Pay all my debts and funeral expenses. Erect a suitable monument on my family burial plot in the Mt. Jackson Cemetery with inscription NATHANIEL LYON and my deceased children for $200.
2. I give to FRANK F. MOORE, of Indianapolis, all my real estate. He is to hold it in trust for my son GOLDEN A. LYON for the term of his natural life.
3. My trustee shall hold such real estate and lease for such purposes, including farming, mining, collect the rents, etc. If there is insufficient money, he may sell some of the real estate.
4. Upon the death of my son GOLDEN A. LYON, I give the remaining real estate to my legal heirs. If my son leaves a widow, she shall have $150 a year as long as she remains my son's widow.
5. After the items in #1 are done, I give the remainder of my personal estate to my son GOLDEN A. LYON during his natural life. I give the remaining estate to his legal heirs.
6. My son GOLDEN A. LYON may reside in my present residence in Wayne Township, Marion County, IN as long as he lives.
7. I appoint FRANK F. MOORE Executor.
