Marie (Clark) Sevier, 89, of Crossville, passed away July 7, 2010. Funeral services were held July 10 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with Bro. George Long officiating. Interment was in Green Acres Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Sevier was born April 11, 1921, in Overton County, the daughter of Bennie Chatin and Maggie Stella (Maynard) Clark.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Judy Barnwell of Crossville; son, Sammy Sevier of Cape Coral, FL; brothers, Joe Pat Clark of Cookeville and Richard Clark of Sparta; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ordon Sevier; brothers, Fred Clark and Kendrick Clark; and sister, Bennie Jean Wall.
Pallbearers were Jacob Sevier, Travis Barnwell, Joe Wall, Jim Wall, William Clark and Hunt Clark.
