Perry Casady, of near Tarry Park, who was fatally injured Friday night in front of the home of his son, Elza Casaday, 507 Lincoln Avenue when Ray Bartlett crashed into the Casaday car in which was scated Mr. and Mrs. Casady and their son Harley just starting to return to their home after having spent the evening in the Elza Casaday home, passed away Saturday night at seven thirty o'clock at the Dunn Memorial Hospital where he had been rushed after the accident.

Perry Casady was born in Kentucky to Louis and Elizabeth Casaday and was at his passing 69 years, 6 months and 28 days of age. He lived on the Dixie Highway near Tarry Park. He was highly respected by all who knew him and was a loyal and affectionate husband and father.

He is survived by the widow and eight children - William Casady of Salem, Mrs. Emma Hollers of Springfield, Mo, Mrs. Nora Correll, of Indianapolis, Joda Casady of Tarry Park, Mrs. Rossetta Bault, of Bloomington, Elza Casady of Bedford, Rev. Clayton Casady, of Washington, and Robert at home, two brothers, Shelvie and B. C. Casady, one sister Amanda Thompson, all of Kentucky.

The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Leroy McDowell this afternoon at two at the Free Methodist church. Burial was made in Green Hill cemetery.
