He was married first to Anna Louise Taylor . After her death he married a Pauline Gassett. He had three children: Charles Albert Jr, Eugenia Louise Noyes [married 1st to Eleazar Foster and second to a Page], and Annie who married a Baker. He lived most of his adult life around Fernandina and Jacksonville, Florida.
