Alexander Cornelius Brooks, 86, formerly of Fountain Inn, died Wednesday, April 19, 2000, at Stroud Memorial Nursing Home in Marietta.

Member: Beulah Baptist Church, Fountain Inn.

Survivors: a sister, Ruth R. Bennett of Charleston; a cousin, Thomas M. Speck of Greenville; and a niece, Stella Campbell of Happy, Ky.

Visitation: 1 to 1:45 p.m. today at Westville Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside service: 2 p.m. today at Graceland Cemetery, West.

Family: Home of Thomas M. Speck, 4 Blackstone Drive, Greenville.
