Charles Alford Penix - Lead Hill Merchant - Harrison, Nov. 16 - Charles Alford Penix, aged 67, merchant of Lead Hill, Boone County, died at a Little Rock hospital Monday. He was a lifetime Boone County resident. Survivors include two sons, Dr. Lex L. of Denver, Col., and Dr. Ray of Little Rock; and three brothers, Jim of Harrison, Hillman of Lead Hill and M. O. of Oak Ridge, Tenn. Funeral will be at Lead Hill at 1 p.m. Wednesday.
