Marvin Otto Kent, age 104, of Pawnee City, Nebraska, formerly of Table Rock, NE., died January 17, 2003 at the Pawnee Manor Nursing Home, Pawnee City, NE. Marvin was born July 27, 1898, on a farm northeast of Table Rock, NE. to George J. and Cora (Gilbert) Kent. He attended grade school in a country school east and one west of Table Rock graduating from Table Rock High School in 1916. He married Ida Branek October 18, 1921. To this union two children were born. Marvin and Ida farmed and raised livestock on the same farm near Table Rock all their married life. He was an active member of the Table Rock United Methodist Church. After Ida died September, 1972, he married Annalee Tomek in 1973. He was preceded in death by his parents, George J. and Cora (Gilbert) Kent, wives, Ida and Annalee, brothers, Carl and Glenn Kent; sisters Velma (Kent) Woods and Mildred (Kent) Brown. Funeral Services were held on January 21, 2003 at the Table Rock United Methodist Church with burial at the Table Rock Cemetery, Table Rock, NE.
