She was born June 21,1954, to Albert and Marguerite Fowler. Cindy was a devoted and loving mother to her daughter Ashley Marie Pickel. A lifelong resident of Belvidere, she graduated belvidere high school in 1972. She was employed at U.A.W. Local 1268. Surviviors include daughter, Ashely; mother, Marguerite; sisters, Cheryl (Dennis) Sturges and Connie (Jeff) Rednour; brothers, Craig (Sherri) Fowler and Curt (Penny) Fowler: nieces and nephews, Stephanie and Bryan Bye, Jason Sturges, Jessica and Mark Rednour, Holly and Will Fowler and Cody and Erica Johnson; and many beloved friends. She was predeceased by father Albert; niece Tanya Lynn and brother-in-law Dennis Bye.
Services at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 9, in Zion Lutheran Church, Belvidere.
