FLORENCE -- Neal J. Wade, 85, 813 Ridgeway St., died Thursday, Nov. 8, 1990, at Muscle Shoals Nursing Home, after a sudden illness.
He was born in Lawrence County, and lived in the Florence area for the past 55 years. He was a member of Woodlawn Church of Christ, a retired electrician with TVA and Reynolds, and a member of LB.E.W. Local 558.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Elkins Funeral Home chapel, Florence, with Fred Dillon officiating. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Park.
Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Zola McKelvey Wade, Florence; son, Bobby Neal Wade, Florence; one grandson; one granddaughter.
Bearers will be William Wade, Waldon McMillan, Jimmy Wade, Billy McKelvey, David Goodlett and Horace McMillan.
