Wanda Webber was born April 6, 1950, in Oil City, a daughter of Charles S. and Inez Bell Webber.
She was a nurses aide at Franklin Regional Medical Center and was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church.
Wanda Webber is survived by two sisters, Rose Knight of Oil City RD 2, and Mrs. Jean Henderson of San Diego, Calif.; three nieces, and one nephew.
Friends will be received for Inez Webber and Wanda Webber from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Sunday at the Morrison Funeral Home.
Combined funeral services will be held at 2:30 Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Robert Smith, pastor of First United Presbyterian Church, officiating.
Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Titusville.
