Funeral services for James Henry Sullivan, 49, who was killed in North Topeka Saturday night when a Rock Island train struck his car, will be at Peebler's funeral home Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in Prairie Home
cemetery.
He was visiting relatives here when the accident occurred. Born in McPherson county, Kan., moved with his parents to a farm near Elmont when a boy. He lived in Topeka five years after he was married and then moved to a ranch in Limon, Colo., 15 years ago.
Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Elsie Doel Sullivan, Fred Sullivan, Carl Sullivan, and Ernest Sullivan; a daughter Freda, all of the home address. His mother, Mrs. Frances Sullivan, Oklahoma City; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Starks, Oklahoma City; and Mrs. Adda Hall, Mullinville, Kan.; and one granddaughter.
