Sarah Richards

Malad, Idaho - Mrs. Sarah Jane Adams Richards, 79, died Sunday afternoon following a long illness.
A daughter of Benjamin Nephi and Mary Ann (Clark) Adams, she was born at Malad, March 27, 1874, grew up here, was a life-long member of the LDS Church and was active in the Relief Society.
She was married at Malad on July 23, 1890, to Fredrick James Richards. He died 17 years ago.
Survivng are a son and three daughters, Ben A. Richards of Pocatello, Idaho; Mrs. Florence Belle Clark of Los Angeles; Mrs. Mary Ann Anderson of Pocatello, and Mrs. Carrie Delilah Anderson of Malad.
Also surviving are 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, a brother and four sisters; Ben G. Adams and Carrie Adams, San Francisco; Mrs. Lynn Nelson, San Diego; Mrs. T. J. Evans and Mrs. W. J. Evans, of Malad.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow at the First Ward Chapel here. Friends may call at the famiy home this evening and tomorrow until services.
Burial will be made in Malad, with Benson Funeral Home directing.
