8 Dec 1951: Mrs. Bessie Lehman, nee Webber, 33 Maple Street, died at 3:35 a. m. today at the Lebanon Sanatorium of complications ailing several years. She was 61. Her husband, George F. Lehman died November 15, of this year. She was a member of the Salem E.U.B. Church, the auxiliary of the Lebanon County Firemen's Association, the Golden Link Council of the Sons and Daughters of America, Hummelstown; Orioles Auxiliary and the Moose Auxiliary. Surviving are a daughter, Elizabeth Jane, wife of William G. Sherk, at home, and two grandsons, George W. and Cedric L. Sherk. She was the last of her immediate family. [Lebanon Daily News]
