He is survived by his mother, Helen, and stepfather, Chuck; his wife, Rhonda; sons, Clint, Steven and John; two stepchildren, Robert and Tara; a brother, Michael; and sisters, Shannan and Jamie.
Funeral services will be held in Barstow, Calif.
