AMERICAN FORK, Feb. 23—Results of a highway patrol investigation into a traffic accident here Tuesday night in which Mrs. Maxine Parker Naylor, 41, Murray, was killed, have been turned over to Utah County Atty. Arnold Roylance, Provo.

On the basis of the evidence, which reportedly implicates a third vehicle, Mr. Roylance will decide the question of citations with regard to the accident.

The Harris automobile was demolished when it collided with a Cloverleaf Dairy Co. truck driven by Jack Sargent, 26, 1665 Harrison ave., Salt Lake City. Mr. Sargent was not injured. The cab and trailer of the truck were torn apart by the collision.
