WARREN — Luella Adamson, 80, of 748 Dover St. S.W., died from cardiac arrest at 10:25 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2008, at St. Joseph Health Center.
She was born July 26, 1927, in Luverne, Ala., a daughter of Boisey and Amanda Bryant Thornton.
Mrs. Adamson was a self-employed housekeeper for 25 years. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
She is survived by husband, Elma C. Adamson; a daughter, Marie Stewart of Diamond; a sister, Geraldine Jones of Warren; and two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by stepson, Larry Wright, and four brothers and three sisters.
Services will be noon Monday at the church, where calling hours will be one hour prior to services. Burial will be at Pineview Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 748 Dover St. S.W., the home of her husband.
