I will come back with a better bio later. I do not have Orval's obit handy. Orval was born to Eli Rolandus Boozer and Nancy Jane Nelson. He had several brothers and sisters. I do remember my mom saying he died on the 13th (August I believe) and had 13 kids. This left my mom with 49 first cousins as Orval was her grandfather. Orval was a strict man living off the land. He and my great-grandma Mary Jane Cheney Boozer had 13 children survive to adulthood. Some names: Charley, Opal, Flora, John, Caroline, Ann, Margaret, Vivian, and many more. James was a strict man but held a special place in his heart for my uncle Johnny. James lost his mom Nancy at a very young age. Eli married several more times. James married Mary Jane Cheney Boozer about 1919. My grandmother's one older brother Charley was born the following year and children came in quick sucession for the next several years. James Orval died in the 1960's. Mary Jane survived until one day before my 6th birthday (Junbe 6, 1983 and lived to be more than 8O years old). As time goes on I will add obits for both Mary and Orval.
