GLEASON - Fred William Peery, 82, retired welder for American Metals, died Friday at Milan General Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at West Union Baptist Church in Dresden, where he was a member, with burial in the church cemetery there. Bowlin Funeral Home in Dresden has charge. Mr. Peery, the husband of Lela Kathleen Summers Peery, also leaves two daughters, Shara P. Goode of Dresden and Karen P. Jones of Paris; a sister, Zula Cantrell of Dresden, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
