Lester Lynn Jones, 43, 450 Erie St., died Thursday 4:45 p.m. in a Salt Lake Hospital of a heart ailment. Born Aug. 23, 1909 in Payson, Utah County, to James Edward and Isabell Brimhall Jones. Married Helen Katter, July 30, 1942, in Preston, Idaho. Worked for Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad. In U.S. Army served overseas.
Survivors: widow, father, four brothers: Casey, Frank, Salt Lake City; George of Murray; Harold of Riverside, Calif; three sisters: Mrs. Dora Hatch, Bountiful, Davis County, Mrs. Millie Lister and Mrs. Grace Rice, Salt Lake City.
Funeral Tuesday 1 p.m. at 2350 E. 13th South.
