Edwin Christopher Warren, 87, of Murray died at 7:20 a.m. Saturday at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield.
He was a retired farmer and a former city bus driver in Memphis, Tenn., and security guard at Continental General Tire in Mayfield. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member and deacon of Antioch Church of Christ.
Surviving are his wife, Nancy Charlene Mayfield Warren; one son, William Rodney Warren of Woodlawn, Tenn.; two grandchildren, Wendy Lynn Lipscomb of Nashville, Tenn., and Christi Lea Richardson of Powder Springs, Ga.; four great-grandsons; and one niece.
He was preceded in death by one brother, one sister and one nephew. His parents were Henry and Odor Olive Warren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Al Colley Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in Antioch Church of Christ Cemetery.
