MINERAL WELLS, Tex., June 10. -- (INS) -- John T. Burke, a member of the civil air patrol, and Lt. Hugh S. Garrison, whose mother lives in Charlotte, N.C., were killed today when a C.A.P. plane crashed at Camp Wolters and burned.
Burke was employed as a civilian pilot to work in conjunction with training infantry replacement troops at Camp Wolters. He and Lieutenant Garrison were on what was describe as a routine flight when the accident occurred.
