Old Resident Declared Insane-. CHEHALIS, Washington, February 2.-- (Special.)-- At a hearing yesterday before Commissioner Buxton, Alex Loller, one of the pioneer residents of the Cowlitz Valley, from Toledo, was committed to the asylum at Stellacoom.
