Vida loved being a mother and grandmother. She loved cooking, gardening, sewing, camping, tending her grandchildren, traveling, working in the temple and spending time with family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband Duane Leon McKee; and daughters, LaRae McKee and Shirlie Lohof. She is survived by her sons, Clark McKee and Hal McKee, son-in-law Mathew Lohof, brother Marlo Bowthorpe, and sister Carma Cook.
Funeral services will be held on July 1 at 11 a.m. at the Tridell LDS Chapel. Friends and family may call Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary, and Thursday one hour prior to services at the chapel. Burial will be in the Tridell Cemetery under the direction of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
