He is preceded in death by his parents, George & Alma Goins; wife, Mildred Louise Bossier Goins; Son, Chester "Chet" Leon Goins and brothers, Milton, Perry & Ray Goins.
Mr. Goins is survived by his daughter, Joyce L. Stadig and husband Mark of Denver, CO, son, Robert A. Goins of Converse, LA, and Dolph Lester Goins, Jr. and wife Jessica of Youngsville, LA; 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
