Passes Away after Operation
Abner McDaniel passed away at 8:35 last evening in the presence of many of his relatives who had come here when his condition became serious. He was 53 years old and was born in El Monte.
He is survived by his mother and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. J. M. Hallum, Fresno; Mrs. H. E. Blocker and Mrs. Alice Rogers, Los Angeles; E. A. Stowell, Tehachepi; Brawg Mc Daniel, San Jacinto; J. M. Mc Daniel, Bakersfield; J. G. McDaniel, San Jacinto.
Deceased had a host of friends all of whom are shocked at his death.
The funeral will take place Friday morning at 10 a.m., at the undertaking parlors of Roulston & Keil after which interment will take place at the local cemetery. Rev. Mr. Post will have charge of the services. The Masonic burial service will be observed.
