Margaret L. Miller, 81, of St. Louis, died Thursday, March 23, 2000, at Wilcox Nursing Home in Alma.

She was born May 14, 1918 in Detroit, the daughter of Ray and Blanche (Doty) Fulcher in Detroit. She married Melvin R. Miller, who passed away in 1968.

Margaret attended Central Michigan University and was a member of the St. Louis Church of Christ.

She was a homemaker, an avid reader, piano and card player. She loved to do hook toweling.

Margaret is survived by one son, Jack Miller of St. Louis; two sisters-in-law, including Mrs. Edna Fulcher; and three brothers-in-law.

She was preceded in death by her husband and daughter, Sandy Berglund.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date. The family is being served by Alward-Carter Funeral Home, 228 W. Center St., St. Louis, Mich.
