Mrs. BAILEY was born in Ephraim, Utah, on July 22, 1933, to Clifton J. and Onda Kelson BAILEY. He married Judy BROK in Mount Pleasant. They were later divorced. He was a member of the LDS Church. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his parents, Ephraim; a son and a daughter, Kim B. and Teresa BAILEY, both Uintah County; a sister, Gayle LARSON, and a brother, Dick BAILEY, both Ephraim.
