Dr. James Henry Crockett, age 72, of Durant died at his home on North First Avenue on Wednesday. The deceased was born in Ripley, Mississippi, on July 11, 1871. He married Miss Mattie Hagood, who survives him. Also surviving are three of his five sons (he was predeceased by Hagood and Archie). Funeral services will be held Friday at the First Presbyterian Church with burial in Highland Cemetery.
