Beverly Shull, 85, of Great Bend, died June 25 at Central Kansas Medical Center in Great Bend. She was born Sept. 4, 1924, at Edison, Neb., the daughter of Edward M. and Verlie Burghart. She married William Horton Shull Jr. on July 20, 1947, at Dighton. He died July 8, 1973. She was a homemaker. She was also a dietary aide at CKMC, retiring in 1990, and she sold parts for her family's John Deere dealership at Dighton during her high school years. She had been a Great Bend resident since 1969, coming from Dighton.
Survivors include two sons, Chris Shull of Harper, and Jeff Shull and wife Kathy of Great Bend; one daughter, Ann Shull of Great Bend; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sons, Mark Shull, Tim Shull and Nick Shull.
Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Dighton Cemetery in Dighton, with Milton Raymer officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Bryant Funeral Home in Great Bend.
