He liked to fish, hunt, camp, read westerns, and spend time with grandkids. He spent most of his adult life doing hardwood floors. He served his country for four years in the United States Air Force. He was able to fulfill a lifelong dream by serving an LDS mission with his sweet wife to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
He is survived by: his wife, Donna; children, Carol (Bill T.), Joy (Bill W.), Kathy (Bob), Raina (Daryl), Valerie (Fred), Wally (Robin), Jeff (Kellie), and Keri; 18 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by: his parents; 1 brother, Wayne and 1 great grandson, Cody.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 30, at the Mountain Shadows 2nd Ward Chapel, 7925 S. 2700 W., West Jordan at 11:00 a.m. A viewing will be held on Tuesday evening, June 29, from 6-8 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 S. Redwood Road, and from 10-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment Redwood Memorial Cemetery.
