KENTON, Mar. 24 - Albert M. Kraft, 79, of 451 E. Franklin-st, former state legislator, died unexpectedly of a heart attack at 7:10 p.m. Sunday at his residence.

He was born in Washington-tp and was a life long resident of Hardin-co. Mr. Kraft was a former trustee of Cessna-tp and served two terms in the state legislature prior to World War I. A graduate of Ohio Northern university, he taught school in both Cessna and Washington-tps.

Mr. Kraft was a member of the Methodist church and was president of the Mausoleum-assn. He was formerly married to Mary Obenour who died in 1920 and later remarried Emma Schaffner who survives.

Surviving besides his widow are one daughter, Mrs. Leroy Wolfe, Dudley-tp; one foster son, Mike Stalk, Goshen-tp; two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Schwemer and Mrs. Emma Obenour, both of Kenton, and one brother, William, Dudley-tp.

Services will be at 2 p.m Wednesday in the First Methodist church with Rev. Ross Wilhide and Rev. Joel Krumlauf officiating. Burial will be in the mausoleum at Grove cemetery.
