Mrs. Barnett died at 3:50 a.m. Tuesday in Methodist Hospital after a brief illness.
She was born in Monticello, Miss., and moved to Lubbock from Crosbyton in 1964. She married Jimmy Barnett Sr. on March 2, 1957, in Crosbyton. She was an X-ray technician at Crosbyton Clinic Hospital for many years. She was a member of the American Registry of Clinical Radiology Technologists Association and the Crosbyton First United Methodist Church.
